The nice people at Lulu encourage writers to submit photos of themselves with their Lulu books, which then get displayed on the Lulu front page (on a rotating basis - it's a different shot every time you go there).
Well, I sent one in, and they used it! That was a nice surprise. If you want to see it in the original setting, go to Lulu.com and keep hitting the refresh button on your browser until this shot pops up.
Enjoy!

Found it. What a great shot. Who took it? Very Cool! Where you reading at school or church? I ask because you have a tie on which implies church to me, though the stuff in the background looks like school. Oops, there's the desk...must be school. School is cool and not for fools.
By the way, you're a blogging maniac as of late. Whoa slow down I can't keep up.
Thanks, man! I'm not doing RPL articles these days, so all the writing juice has to go somewhere, right? :)
I imagine things might slow down a bit in Nov, when NaNoWriMo starts!
And yeah, it was at Bethany's class. I'd visited Jenna's school the day before, but Beths' teacher took the better photo. :)

Ahem, I do have a suggestion as to where it could go so that January-February 2007 won't be the first issue of Defense AT&L without an article from you. Nudge, nudge. (You didn't send one did you? Tell me you didn't send one and I lost it in my zeal to head for Italy.)
And yes, great picture. Is that adorable little fan Bethany or an independent admirer?
Yes, it's Bethany and no, I haven't sent an AT&L article yet. Kinda got crunched with the transition to the new job. I am 1/2 way through an article about Risk Management (I know, Wayne just did one... that's what inspired me to write this one). I'll get it sent your way as soon as it's done. :)
