Fit Is Go!

We picked up our new car yesterday, and I'm totally loving it. It's a Honda Fit, and I'd never even heard of such a thing until about a month ago. The color is "Nighthawk Black Pearl," which makes me laugh.

It's zippy, roomy and supposedly gets great gas mileage (hard to tell - it's only been two days - but I guess I'll take their word for it).

You can do all kinds of cool things with the seats, including laying the front seats completely flat and turning it into a bed-like interior ("refresh mode").

The 7 year warranty means I'll probably have this car until I'm ready to retire from the AF. That's a strange thought.

Hondas do rock. Quality, reliability, and value combo can't be beat, in my mind. We own two, my youngest daughter and hubby own two, my son owns one. They go and go and hardly ever have a problem.

I am a real owner and am not getting paid for this product placement.

Enjoy.

Good point, Dick. This is the sort of "advertising" that no company can purchase or design. All they can do is build a good car and hope people will talk about it... and given the blogosphere explosion, I'm guessing people DO talk about their good stuff...

I love the cool commercials! Read an article recently in the New York Times about all the small cars coming out. Seems like people really like them. Does it talk like Nightrider?
